Private Cardiology Clinics
Dr Nijjer’s Practice is part of the One Heart Clinic, at 68 Harley Street – stone’s throw from Oxford Street. A convenent central London location, with state of the art Cardiovascular testing, it is easy to walk from Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Baker Street or Regent’s Park tube stations.
Dr Nijjer’s administration team are based at the One Heart Clinic, but they support all of his clinics.
Dr Nijjer also runs clinics at the Cromwell Hospital, Syon Clinic and Bishops Wood Hospital. All the appointments and bookings are run through our central team at One Heart Clinic.
Procedures such as Coronary Angiography are performed at the Wellington Hospital or the Cromwell Hospital. Some cases may need to be at the Hammersmith Hospital or West Middlesex Hospital.
One Heart Clinic
Harley Street, London, UK
The One Heart Clinic is based at 68 Harley Street, London, W1G. This is a Central London location, close to Bond Street & Oxford Circus Tube Stops, and on the middle of Harley Street. We have now moved from our original site at 27 Harley Street.
One Stop Service
The One Heart Clinic has State of the Art Cardiac Testing facilities, on site. This includes all standard cardiac tests, including ECG, Echocardiography and exercise testing as well as CT scanning and MRI. This means we can co-ordinate your appointments to save you time. In many cases, we can perform core tests on the same day.
Fantastic support team
Dr Nijjer's main PA is Jessica Edmunds and she is available via her email Jessica@OneHeartClinic.com. She is supported by a large team who work together to ensure your appointments & tests will fit well together, reducing the number of clinic visits. Team Work
Dr Nijjer works in a team and frequently discusses complex cases within a 'Multi-Disciplinary Team' which brings together lots of different Doctors and Specialists. This helps ensure we find the right treatment and Best Practice for you!

The Cromwell Hospital is in the Heart of Kensington and is within walking distance of both Earls Court Station and Gloucester Road Station. It is well connected by road.
Full Cardiac Facilities
The Cromwell Hospital is a fully fledged Hospital with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. Dr Nijjer uses the clinic rooms, as well as the diagnostic services which include ECG, Echocardiography, Exercise Testing, Holter monitoring, CT Coronary Angiography and Cardiac MRI.
Invasive Cardiac procedures
The Cromwell Hospital has a fully stocked Coronary Catheter facility which is used by Dr Nijjer for Coronary Angiography, Coronary Angioplasty, Loop recorder implantation and Pacemaker Implantation. The facility has state of the art Coronary Physiology and Intracoronary Imaging technologies.
Inpatient comfort
The Cromwell Hospital has excellent inpatient facilities with very comfortable rooms, recently renovated to standard consistent with a 5 star Hotel. There is a full selection of movies and TV, with private bathrooms and superb nursing staff. There is a Resident Doctor available at all times and Dr Nijjer will be readily available.
Wellington Hospital
St John's Wood
The Wellington Hospital is based next to Lord's Cricket Ground, not far from the famous Abbey Road. The North Building is where much of the Cardiology facilities are based. It is a stones throw from St John's Wood Underground station.
Full Cardiac Facilities
The Wellington has state of the art facilities with the latest in Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI scanning technologies. The image quality is unrivaled. All core cardiac investigations are also available.
Invasive Cardiac procedures
The Wellington Hospital Cardiac Catheter labs have been recently refurbished and are second to none. There is a full complement of equipment with excellent staff that will ensure your invasive procedure is as comfortable as possible. Very complex cardiac procedures can be performed.
Inpatient comfort
The Wellington Hospital wards are comfortable and large with great care attention paid to your stay. The food is excellent and the nursing care is exemplary. There is a Resident Doctor available at all times and Dr Nijjer will be readily available.
Syon Clinic
Great West Road
The Syon Clinic is a beautiful art deco building on the A4 Great West Road. It has excellent road connections and is a short walk from the Syon Lane rail station. There are car parking facilities and further spaces are also available in the Homebase next door (up to 120 minutes free). It is an ideal location for those working in Brentford, Osterly, Isleworth or Richmond.
Full Cardiac Facilities
The Syon Clinic has cardiac investigation facilities and can perform ECG, Echocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, holter monitoring and exercise testing. There are also CT Coronary Angiography and Cardiac MRI facilities. These tests will be by appointment.
Convenient Evening Clinics

Bishops Wood Clinic
Northwood
The BMI Bishops Wood Hospital is a small facility that offers a comfortable clinic with easy parking. The Hospital is on the site of the Mount Vernon Hospital and it can be a little confusing when approaching through the Mount Vernon entrance. Use the dedicated Bishops Wood Hospital entrance and follow the signs.
Focused Cardiac Facilities
The BMI Bishops Wood Hospital has core Cardiology testing, with a focus on ECG, Echocardiography and ambulatory ECG monitoring. Patients are booked in for these tests by an appointment and you will be asked to return to have these tests.
Convenient Evening Clinics
Dr Nijjer is typically available at the Bishops Wood Clinic in the evenings and attends there regulary on Fridays. If you have your investigations at the Bishops Wood Clinic remember to email Info@DrNijjer.com once they are done so we can schedule a follow-up appointment.
Hammersmith Hospital
East Acton
The Hammersmith Hospital is based in East Acton and is a short walk from multiple underground stations - East Acton, Wood Lane and White City. It is close to the large Westfield shopping centre and the area has had significant renovation with the development of a new Imperial College campus and conversion of the BBC Television Centre into a major new dining and entertainment complex. Parking at the Hospital can be challenging and we recommend the use of taxis.
Advanced Cardiac Facilities
The Hammersmith Hospital is a major tertiary level Cardiac Hospital with all the facilities required to perform very complex cardiac procedures. Dr Nijjer may ask you to have your procedure at the Hammersmith Hospital if he feels your case will be helped by the advanced equipment available. The Cardiac teams are highly experienced and Dr Nijjer has worked alongside them for over 10 years meaning the interactions are second nature.
West Middlesex Hospital
Isleworth / Twickenham
West Middlesex Hospital is part of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and is a new build Hospital with modern facilities and excellent car parking. There are excellent shops and coffee facilities in the foyer and the stay are warm and caring.
Acute Cardiac Facilities
The West Middlesex Cardiac Catheter Lab is based around the same equipment and facilities as those at the Hammersmith Hospital, and is run by the same management team. There are no inpatient private facilities but Dr Nijjer may ask you have your case performed at West Middlesex if we expect it to be a day-case procedure.
